Productized advisory engagements (AI Ops Build Starter, Professional, Enterprise; AI Readiness Assessment; Compliance Snapshot Report)
Because each engagement is custom-built, we offer the following refund terms:
- Within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun: full refund.
- After work has begun: 50% refund if we fail to deliver the scoped items within the stated turnaround. After delivery, the work is yours and the engagement is complete.
- Service-level guarantee: if we miss the stated turnaround by more than 100% (e.g., 5 days promised, more than 10 days actual), you may request a 50% refund regardless of progress made.
Subscription products (Intelligence Pro)
- Cancel any time. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.
- 14-day money-back guarantee on first month for new subscribers.
- No prorated refunds for partial months after the first 14 days.
Digital products (Country Compliance Toolkits, M&A People Integration Template Pack, Country Playbooks)
- Before download: full refund.
- After download: no refund (the product has been delivered). If the product is materially defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
How to request a refund
Email billing@halbertoncrowe.com with your order ID and the reason for the refund request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services not yet performed) are not affected by this policy.
