AI Automation Operations

Run your business like it was built in 2030.

Halberton & Crowe designs and deploys the website, CRM, content engine, and operations infrastructure that lets a $1M–$25M business run with the leverage of a 50-person team — in 30 to 90 days.

The AI-First Operations Stack

Most “AI consultants” hand you a slide deck. We hand you a working business. By the end of the engagement, every customer-facing and internal process in your company runs on automation — with humans in the executive seat, not the busywork seat.

Website & SEO

A production site (10–15 pages) with long-tail SEO landing pages for each of your niches. Bilingual if your market needs it.

CRM & Lead Routing

HubSpot configured with the pipelines, custom properties, and workflows that fit your business — not a generic template.

Content Engine

A 100–200 article library, 90-day content calendar, and email template suite. You publish weekly without lifting a finger.

Brand Identity

Logo, palette, photography treatment, and the asset library to extend it.

Operations Architecture

A written “AI-First Operations” doc that documents every workflow, decision tree, and handoff in your business.

Launch Integrations

Google Analytics, Search Console, Calendly, Google Business Profile, and industry-specific tools (IDX, scheduling, etc.) wired and tested.

How it looks, finished: Bay Area Realty & Lending Group

When Marisela Argeñal came to H&C, she had 27 years of real estate experience in the East Bay, a growing book of bilingual clients, and a one-page brochure website that couldn’t capture a lead if a buyer walked in and handed it to her. She needed to run a modern brokerage — not a website, a brokerage — and she needed it operational in 5 days.

We deployed a 15-file production website (home, dedicated buyer and seller funnels with five-step intake forms, a process walkthrough, a stories page, a 12-article blog with an affordability calculator and quiz, and six SEO landing pages targeting ITIN mortgages, FHA loans, first-time buyers in Martinez, and Spanish-speaking buyers across the Bay). We configured her HubSpot with a custom 9-stage deal pipeline (New Lead through Post-Close), custom properties for preferred language and loan type, and buyer/seller notification workflows. We drafted and deployed a 211-article bilingual content library, a 90-day content calendar, a listing presentation deck, a CMA template, an AI-first operations architecture doc, and a staffing roadmap.

Then we wired it together: GoDaddy DNS, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Calendly, Google Business Profile, and the IDX feed.

What Marisela ended up with wasn’t a website — it was a fully-instrumented bilingual brokerage with the infrastructure of a ten-person firm, run by one person plus an AI operations layer. The engagement: 5 days, turnkey, delivered.

“H&C didn’t build us a website — they built us a business.”

Marisela Argeñal, Broker/Owner, Bay Area Realty & Lending Group

What one year of AI Ops typically returns

Real numbers, defensible methodology. We model Year-1 value across three streams: roles you no longer need to hire, owner hours recovered, and revenue uplift from a site that converts. Every figure below uses conservative midpoint assumptions for a US-based SMB; we share the underlying model with prospects who ask.

Starter

Investment Year-1: $3,500

  • Marketing/social VA replaced: $24K
  • Web maintenance avoided: $8K
  • Owner time recovered (5 hrs/wk × $200): $50K
  • Revenue uplift (15% lead-capture lift, modest base): $30K

Year-1 value: ~$112K
Net Year-1 ROI: ~32x

Professional

Investment Year-1: $12,500

  • Marketing manager replaced: $60K
  • Content writer replaced: $30K
  • Web/CRM admin avoided: $24K
  • Owner time recovered (10 hrs/wk × $250): $125K
  • Revenue uplift (25% lead-capture lift): $80K

Year-1 value: ~$319K
Net Year-1 ROI: ~25x

Enterprise

Investment Year-1: $19,500 (retainer optional, not included)

  • Marketing manager replaced: $72K
  • Content writer (bilingual): $48K
  • Operations coordinator: $60K
  • Customer service triage: $36K
  • Owner time recovered (15 hrs/wk × $300): $225K
  • Revenue uplift (30% lead-capture, multi-market): $200K

Year-1 value: ~$641K
Net Year-1 ROI: ~33x

Methodology & what to expect: “Roles replaced” uses US median fully-loaded comp for SMB hires (not coastal-tech rates). “Owner time recovered” assumes a fully-loaded effective rate of $200–$300/hr. “Revenue uplift” assumes typical post-relaunch conversion gains documented across our engagements; your actual uplift depends on existing baseline traffic and offer. We share the underlying spreadsheet with anyone who asks before booking.

Anchor case — Bay Area Realty & Lending Group, Apr 2026: Enterprise-tier engagement delivered in 5 days. Modeled Year-1 value: ~$425K (replacing a marketing helper, in-house bilingual content, web maintenance + recovering ~20 hrs/week of broker-owner time + 30% lift in bilingual lead capture). Net Year-1 ROI: ~22x.

Year-1 economics for the lower-tier products

Same defensible model, applied to the productized digital and subscription SKUs in the H&C catalog. Conservative midpoints; the underlying spreadsheet is shared on request.

ProductInvestment Y1Year-1 valueNet ROI
Compliance Snapshot Report ($299 one-time)$299~$8K (1 avoided regulatory surprise saves ~$8–25K in penalties + remediation)~27x
AI Readiness Automation ($997 one-time)$997~$45K (5–10 hrs of strategic clarity at $300/hr + prevents one mis-allocated $15K AI initiative)~45x
The H&C Briefing ($99/mo, or $999/yr)$999~$45K (saves 75 hrs/yr of industry & AI research at $200/hr + prevents 1 mis-adopted AI tool/yr + 1 regulatory surprise)~45x
Country Compliance Toolkit ($399/country)$399~$28K (avoids hiring local compliance consultant at $5–15K + reduces market-entry risk)~70x
M&A People Integration Template Pack ($997)$997~$45K (one cross-border integration saved 30 hrs of legal/HR drafting at $400/hr + cultural-fit risk reduction)~45x
Country Playbook ($497 each)$497~$8K (replaces 15–20 hrs of country research at $250/hr)~16x

Methodology: hard-cost replacement uses US median consultant/contractor rates for the relevant work. “Avoided surprises” uses average remediation cost from H&C engagement history (legal counsel + back-pay penalties + HR re-work). All conservative midpoints.

Common questions

How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

An agency bolts on top of your business. We rebuild the business so it doesn’t need an agency. Every asset and system we deploy is yours — the articles, the templates, the CRM configuration, the operations docs. You own all of it.

Who owns the IP?

You do. Every deliverable transfers in full on final payment.

What if I already have a website?

We either rebuild it (most common) or rework the one you have. We do not, however, keep sites we think won’t convert.

Do you offer refunds?

If we fail to deliver the scoped items within 30 days of the target launch date, we refund 50% on request. After that point, the work is yours and the engagement is complete.

Can you do this in a language other than English?

Yes. We’ve delivered full EN/ES builds. Arabic, French, and Portuguese are available on Professional and Enterprise tiers.

What’s the process to start?

Book a 30-min fit call. If it’s a fit, we send a scoped SOW and a 50% deposit invoice. Work begins the next business day.

Stop being the operations department.

Book a 30-minute fit call with Jen. If we’re the right partner, you’ll have a signed SOW within the week. If we’re not, we’ll tell you who is.
