By accessing or using halbertoncrowe.com or any service provided by Halberton & Crowe (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services description
Halberton & Crowe provides advisory and consulting services in international HR, M&A integration, regulatory compliance, executive recruitment, organizational design, global expansion, and AI-powered business operations. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between Halberton & Crowe and the client.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
4. Engagements and fees
All advisory and productized engagements are governed by a separately executed SOW. Fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Productized digital products and subscriptions purchased on the site are payable upon checkout. Refund terms for productized engagements are stated in the engagement-specific SOW. For self-serve digital products, please review the refund policy at the point of sale.
5. Intellectual property
All content on halbertoncrowe.com — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, frameworks, articles, and templates — is the property of Halberton & Crowe or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
For client engagements: Halberton & Crowe assigns to the client all rights in custom deliverables created specifically for the client engagement upon final payment, except for our pre-existing methodologies, templates, and tools, which we license to you on a non-exclusive basis for your use.
6. User obligations
You agree to use the site and our services lawfully and not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) use the site to transmit malware or harmful code.
7. Disclaimers
The site and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halberton & Crowe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing.

8. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE. For clients located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
